Artist Layna Stafford uses layered acrylic and gold leaf to capture the peace and joy of the horizon. She is inspired by the horizon and the possibilities it symbolizes. Layna says “What adventure awaits just ahead? Inversely, how can I reflect on the day as the sun sets? My work can best be described as light and calm.”
